Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking information.

RETURNS POLICY

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can assist you.
For safety and verification purposes, we strongly recommend recording a video before opening the parcel and while unboxing the package.
In case of damage or missing items, this video may be required to process your return or replacement request.
